Elena could see his dilemma, for he might suffer if James got into any trouble. She thought for a while and said to Logan, \u201cWe don\u2019t have a meal yet. Let\u2019s go and eat something. What do you want to eat?\u201d<\/p>\n
James felt somewhat relived when he thought Elena would let him go. He then said to them in an obsequious tone, \u201cWell, let\u2019s have a meal together. It\u2019s on me. I know a good place!\u201d<\/p>\n
Logan didn\u2019t say a word, playing with his phone. While Elena didn\u2019t know what he was thinking. After a while, he raised his head, \u201cAll right. If you insist.\u201d<\/p>\n
